The Municipal Officers of the Town of Ogunquit will hold a Public Hearing at 9:00 am on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in the Ogunquit Fire Department – 2nd Floor, 15 School Street, Ogunquit, Maine, to consider enacting the purposed zoning map amendments to change the zoning classification of two parcels owned by the Ogunquit Playhouse. The Planning Board has recommended that 35 Main Street (Map 5, Lot 42-1) be rezoned from Shoreland Limited Commercial (SLC) and Resourced Protection (RP) zones to Shoreland General Development 3 (SG3) and Resource Protection (RP) zones.
